Razi earned his PhD in Environment and Sustainability from University of Saskatchewan, Canada, in 2019. He joined the LEAP project as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in 2020 to work on the relationship between livestock production and water, with a particular focus on water quality. His research strives to answer fundamental sustainability-related questions using applied mathematical modelling with a broad range of statistical and analytical tools. This includes machine learning techniques, data driven models, meta-heuristic optimization algorithms, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis methods.
