Lizzie is a research assistant studying food purchasing behaviours, with an interest in testing interventions to reduce consumption of unsustainable food products in real-world settings. Prior to joining the team, Lizzie completed her MBiol at the University of Oxford, where in her final year she studied whether advertising social norms in canteens could reduce meat consumption. Beyond this research topic, Lizzie spends time thinking about how large organisations and reduce their impact on biodiversity.
