Jeremy’s research interests centre on the governance and transformation of agri-food systems, with past projects focusing on the politics of quality within wine markets, risk and resilience within transnational food supply chains and digital innovation within urban food systems. His current research examines the role of metrics and benchmarking techniques in governing, and in configuring public debates over, the sustainability, ethical and health impacts of intensive meat production. Jeremy also holds a Visiting Fellowship in Economic Sociology at LSE.
