Do you have to eat meat to maintain strength and mass? Join Personal Trainers and athletes from Buzz Gym, and Susan Jebb, Professor of Diet and Population Health, to explore the relationship between protein and sporting performance.

A Little More Veg? (1pm and 3pm)

21st October 2018, Start Time: 13:00 End Time: 16:30

Venue: The Oxford Academy, Sandy Lane West, Littlemore, Oxford, OX4 6JZ

Veg Power: power up your cooking with the latest vegetable-based dishes, learning hands-on with Oxford University researchers and Good Food Oxford. Protein-rich and good for your health, planet and wallet. During the session you will create a dish to share and one to take home.

There are two identical 90-minute sessions, starting at 1pm and 3pm

You are welcome to book this cookery workshop with your child (suitable for children over 8 years), but each child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on a one-to-one basis. Both adult and child must book a ticket.

The workshops are free, but space is limited, so booking is essential.
